Criminal Case
I was prosecuted in a Criminal Case and have been released on bail. The Court sets the date to render the judgement in the mid of next month. If I do not appear in Court on that day, what will happen ? Is it different, in case the Court decides in my favor ?

If you do not appear in Court on the date which is scheduled for the judge to render the judgment, the judge will adjourn the schedule.

If you do not appear again for the second or perhaps the third time, the judge will render the judgment, and issue an arrest warrant against you.

In case the judge renders the judgment in your favor, your action for not appearing in Court is still a criminal offense of Contempt of Court, which is a different matter.
