Court
Why does Thailand has an Administrative Court and also Juridical Court at the same time ? If a Plaintiff wants to sue a case, how does he select the Court ?

Generally speaking, the Juridical Court will decide general Civil Cases and Criminal Cases. While the Administrative Court will decide Civil Case in which Plaintiff sues the Thai authorities, such as claiming for damages, or delay of granting any license, or any damage relating to an order or the instruction of the authorities.

In Thailand, it separates the Juridical Court and the Administrative Court same as some countries, for instance, France.

It is different from some countries which have only a Juridical Court that decides all kinds of legal cases, such as the U.S.A.
